I went into Santa Monica Toyota Dealership for a routine inspection. They realized that the car Ion filter Element was never changed out and replaced newly (must be done at the 30k mile mark & bought car at the 33+K mile mark) and recommended that I go back to the dealership I bought the car from to address the matter. I sent out calls and text message to Toyota of Orange about the matter the same day and went to see them in couple days where the Service manager was able to do it for free eventhough it was supposed to be the owners responsibility. The thing is, when I bought the car from them the salesman did not make this issue known to me and that I could have used whats left over of the Toyota Auto Care from prior owner before it run out which would have handled this problem. So the service manager was able to honor this one time replacement. Thank you Toyota of Orange for keeping your customers valued despite the past overlooked issue.

Toyota of Orange is the "BEST". I purchased two cars from them because of it. I am aware that there are other Toyota dealers but I only get my car serviced from them. Their workers and staff are very couteous and strive to meet ALL your auto needs. Joaquin goes Above and Beyond. The entire Toyota of Orange workers and staff are "Second To None". I am so proud to be part of the Toyota family and will encourage anyone looking to buy a car or need service on one that they already own to definitely give them a try. Repair was done quickly and reasonably low price.

They are always fair, and offer a loaner car if your repairs are going to be lengthy. That is a real plus, as far as I am concerned! There are free coffee drinks and cookies in the lounge.
