Everyone was very helpful. I just had maintenance done but it was quick and easy.

Nothing enough to express my satisfaction with John and Mike. They were caring, helpful, patient and professional with real smile. I found the car online and John has been helping me through all the process. Mike was informative and did all the paperwork in just 10-15 minutes. I will pick up the car this Sunday and definitely refer any serious Toyota buyers to this dealership with hassle free experience.

I've bought a couple of cars from Michael Carter at Toyota of Orange and both times he made it easy, no pressure, just straight answers and he actually listened to what I needed. He's also just a genuinely good guy who looks out for you even after the sale. One time another driver was road raging and threatening us on our way back to the dealership, and Michael helped keep us calm and got us through it safely. Toyota of Orange is one of many car dealerships in SoCal. Like many car buyers going to a dealership to search for the right vehicle is always dreadful and painfully long. And I made sure I won't go that route. Anyways, I was on the market for a reliable and affordable vehicle brand. Thus, I went to Toyota of Orange b/c they got the unit that I want at the desired fair OTD price. The unit I got was made in Japan! As for the transaction, everything was done fairly smoothly from online sale negotiation to test drive to paper work. Andrew (IS) and Chris (F&I) assisted with my Toyota HBK special edition 2026 purchase. Customers must do their homework before going to any dealership otherwise you’ll be eaten alive. Overall, I was very satisfied with my unit and sale experience with this dealership. I recommend them.

Joaquin was fantastic, honest, and transparent. He specifically helped me avoid paying unnecessary replacements i wasn’t ready for. It’s always refreshing when someone doesn’t force an unnecessary upsell. Because of this, i will return when i am ready to replace what needs replacing.

Always get great good customer service from the the mechanic technicians and the cashier's are are nice and friendly they make you feel like family instead of regular customers.

My oil change was fast and efficient. Recommendations for future services were made, but the service representative was not at all pushy about doing those services today.
