I randomly came in just to ask if they had a brochure for the Sienna....Luis was so kind to sit down with me and show me the options that were available comparing the Highlander to the Sienna. He was so incredibly knowledgeable of every car. I was amazed. He took the time to make sure I got what I wanted and was happy with my purchase. He didn’t make it feel like it was just a sale. He genuinely wanted me to know all features of my car and how to use and answer any and every question and never once felt rushed. As someone who likes to see options, he answered everything. I went to toyota of Orange to buy a truck the other day and I was greeted by Jorge Zepeda. I didn't have much money to put down and my credit wasn't the greatest but Jorge made sure no matter what he was going to make sure I drove off in the truck that I wanted to get that day. He wasn't rude or impatient with me at all and made it a fun experience shopping and buying a vehicle that day. If you ever need to get a vehicle I would recommend going down to Toyota of Orange and ask for Jorge Zepeda.
