I always service my 2022 Toyota Mirai XLE here. The service is always prompt and clear. The service managers are helpful and always keep me up to date on what is going on with the car during the service. On a couple visits the Service Director, Shawn Cutts said hello and asked me how my service experience was. Loved the white glove service. They have a nice lounge area as well where you could work if you need to.

I went to several places to ask for 2026 car. Several places didn't really welcome me like toyota of orange. Rico and Daniel really helped me to get the car i wanted. I change from. Leasing to finance, they have to help me to change everything again. Highly recommend this place to buy a Toyota car

Came in to get a couple of crush washers for my 3rd gen 4Runner and was helped out by Angel, the parts specialist. Customer service was ON POINT! Even bought a Toyota hat from them to add to my wardrobe. Waited a little bit for my parts but the TVs, complimentary coffee and concessions in the waiting room made the wait worth my time.

Service on my car was super fast, new service location is big, multiple cars were there on Saturday morning. At first I thought that my car may take 6 plus hours on been ready, but it only took couple hours.

I was in the area looking at used cars and decided to call Toyota of Orange. Rico answerd the phone. Rico became my salesman. He helped me into a very desirable car. The Toyota Mirai. He also knows alot about the features of the car through a test drive. Rico was very patient and hospitable. He even answered my text messages on his day off. He also put fuel in my car because I traveled far to get there to pick up the fuel card which arrived today.Today he also got another sales representative to give me some tips on the car and showed me how to use the Hydrogem fuel station. Thanks again for an outstanding service Rico.

Pretty simple deal. Brought it in for a recall and standard service and was handled without drama or trying to get oversold. Nice people though out the dealership.

Most of the time Toyota of Orange has been outstanding in servicing my vehicle. They are a bit pricey, I wish that they had better deals on their tires. I went somewhere else to buy my tires, but other than that, they do a great service!
