From the moment I arrived, Patrick was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He clearly explained the recall process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care. The service was completed in a timely manner, and Patrick kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. It’s not always easy dealing with car issues, but his excellent customer service made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Patrick if you need service, he truly goes above and beyond!

I have been coming to Toyota of Orange since my first car purchase in 2015 from Eddie-my childhood nannys husband who is now retired. I always go to Aron from service for maintence. Everyone is very welcoming, kind, and patient with me. The work takes about 2-3 hours with my appointments which sounds about right on a busy day. Aron sends me home with an uber and covers most of the cost for the trip back. Recently he noticed while getting my oil changed and tires rotated that i needed a new battery for my hybrid. One thing i like about Aron and his team is that they always ask me for extra service before getting it done and offer a discount. Communication is very important to me and that quality in a person is something I value. I am so grateful for the service, hard work, and reliability i get from Toyota of Orange. Its the only place I trust with my car since my dads passing...he was a mechanic and now I feel like this place has become like family to me. Thank you for taking care of my car!

The day after Christmas, I took my 2006 Toyota Tacoma In for a hard to start problem. I believed it was 1 of 3 things causing the problem. One the starter, 2 the battery or 3 the alternator. After testing each, the technicians determined it was a battery less than 40 minutes. I was truly amazed how quickly they were able to discover that giving the 3 components I mentioned. I was back on the road less than an hour and I would recommend Toyota Orange to anyone that owns aToyota.
