Great service and efficient staff, shout out for Edgar in the pink shirt, he was amazing and patient even though he was short staff and clients were getting upset or tired, he was cool and patient with everyone.

I do think Toyota should provide a technical class once a week for the new car buyers. The new Toyotas are so complicated. It would really help buyers get everything out of the new technology that these new cars provide, these cars are now super complicated. Thanks, Dan Nunley

Toyota of Orange is one of many car dealerships in SoCal. Like many car buyers going to a dealership to search for the right vehicle is always dreadful and painfully long. And I made sure I won't go that route. Anyways, I was on the market for a reliable and affordable vehicle brand. Thus, I went to Toyota of Orange b/c they got the unit that I want at the desired fair OTD price. The unit I got was made in Japan! As for the transaction, everything was done fairly smoothly from online sale negotiation to test drive to paper work. Andrew (IS) and Chris (F&I) assisted with my Toyota HBK special edition 2026 purchase. Customers must do their homework before going to any dealership otherwise you’ll be eaten alive. Overall, I was very satisfied with my unit and sale experience with this dealership. I recommend them.

My oil change was fast and efficient. Recommendations for future services were made, but the service representative was not at all pushy about doing those services today.

Took my corolla in for routine service like I usually do. Today I was assisted by Michael who got me in and out and was super helpful in answering all my questions. He was super friendly and professional. I told my husband to book our appointments with him from now on.
