Bought my Toyota Mirai June 2023 from Jesus Leon. No pressure felt whatsoever, just a helpful and friendly gentleman. Regarding Service, the Service Support staff is very helpful and knowledgeable when making an appointment or answering questions. My 1st Service Advisor was Andy A. Andy is very professional but responds when he is ready (or not at all). So I decided to change (recently). Danny H. assisted me over the phone, so I decided to change to Daniel. A very friendly and attentive individual, a 5-Star service experience for my 1-yr service. The car was ready by 2:30pm (dropped off at 9:30am) on a Wednesday. When I picked up the car, the Privacy Lock on the Infotainment System would not take any of my codes (reset through the app), so I needed to drive all the way back the next day. Meeting with Fixed Ops Director Shawn C, he brought out the Shop Foreman Eric S. to view what was going on. Eric tried a few things, but ended up bringing the laptop to reset the Infotainment System after I "Removed Vehicle" from the Toyota Mobile App. All was a success, and I am a happy camper :) Toyota Of Orange is not the closest Toyota dealer who services Mirai cars, but the service provided makes me feel more like a client than a customer. Shawn is always open to conversation if one does not get 5-Star service. That is pure client service!
