Being able to use the online inventory and work with the salesperson it was so quick and easy I chose the car that I wanted and it was ready for me when I got there all I had to do was sign the paperwork I was able to do most of the transaction online and over the phone so fast and convenient thank you Toyota of Orange I love my 2025 Toyota Tacoma off-road

Background:. I was not looking for a vehicle but I love reading about new High Performance Cars, so I thought hmm why don't I check out the new Toyota GR Supra?? So I started to contact other Toyota Dealerships in OC, Riverside, San Bernandino and LA counties which online system indicated that they have a GR Supra in stock or avail. My first impression of their responses to my inquiry were a total turn-off, so I started to look at other competitive High Performance vehicles which unfortunately were not available in California. About Toyota of Orange: 3 nights ago from this review, I was referred by a friend who bought his Toyota Supra back in the 90's at the Toyota of Orange. Although none were in stock but there were 4 slated to arrive within 1-8 weeks. The Fleet Manager Clement Chang responded to my online inquiry within 10 minutes. His speaking-manners about the availability and color, his honesty about checking with his Inventory Manager about my specific inquiries and TSRP Price, all instantly built TRUST with me. 2 days after my first inquiry, I decided to follow up with Clement on making a deposit for an available GR Supra. Clement provided me time of when he will be in the office, Clement ensured that he will put a hold on the specific vehicle until I arrived. The professional-dressed Clement made himself available within 7 minutes from my wait. Clement confirmed the vehicle with a printout for me to verify. Promptly returned my ID and Insurance cards. Electronic Application, Identify Verification and Credit Check afterwards, all went thru smoothly and efficiently at his desk. Waiting area was kept clean, quiet although quite full with guests awaiting for their service vehicles readied. Water and Coffee were complimentary available. 25 minutes later, the Finance Manager, Alex Simovich, came out asking for me. Alex was well-dressed with tailored suit and tie in a nicely decorated office. Alex was professional and courteous in his speaking manners, meticulously went thru the application, credit check info, payment method(s), asked for my confirmation. Alex was very Informative about his experiences and knowledge about the Toyota and Warranty products. Alex was also informative about the warranty of the Toyota Extra Guard and Extra Care. Overall, Alex made the whole Financial section of the discussion a very pleasant ordeal. Personnel Grading: A+ Team Clement Chang and Alex Simovich for the initial stage. I am looking forward to the same A+ service experience when I come to test-drive the new GR Supra. And of course look forward to similar A-service quality in the future. Toyota of Orange: The good old American Attributes that I took time to list above are a must-have to keep and bring customers back, sales and/or services. Make it a Motto to compete: a Dealership with Courteous-Honest-Informative-Engaging Sales and Services Organization and its Team Members, then customers and their expanded family members and their friends will come again and again.

Toyota of Orange is Great ! I've been going there since I was 17 yrs old , Bought several of my cars there, Original Supra ,MR 2, 2008 Toyota Camery, & now i have a 2022 Toyota Supra GR. The Staff is Excellant, "Lilly Ochoa" helped me to get my car now & she & i became friends during the process She is Informative, Expierienced ,Knowledgeable & Truly Honest as well as my Service Advisor "Jesus Corona " 😊

First and most important the Service department deserves 5 stars, the service tech that me and my whole family and friends rely on is a gentleman by the name of MIKE GREEN, Mike in my view deserves 10 Stars for all he has helped us with, he feels more like a family friend than anything else, we trust him with all our needs and know absolutely he will go way out of his way to help us, he goes the extra mile. All my vehicles have been serviced and purchased there; it's not a high-pressure sale dealership and you do get the best price there. I've been purchasing vehicles from Orange since 2001. I always highly recommend Toyota of Orange to everyone, and my recommendations have never left me down.
