I have several cars going to Toyota as I’ve purchased my kids all a Toyota in the recent years and a few other non Toyota vehicles I’ve also brought in for service. We service them all with Aron Parra and he has been the most exceptional service advisor we have ever had. The most honest and professional advisor and always on top of everything with our vehicles. He is so humble yet not pushy but down to business and provides us the best options for the cars he can. I will not work with anyone else at this point as I’ve had previous issues with other advisers form other Toyotas and also Orange in past, that didn’t get all concerns taken care of and I’ve had to come back and waste time. I also have worked with Richie my car sales provider. Richie also has gone above and beyond to help us get the best deal and vehicle purchase that works with in our budgets and has helped us with the best solution possible. Whether it’s been a lease or new purchase and completely transparent with us always. I trust him now and I do not trust car salesmen or service advisor’s and I feel comfortable with both Richie and Aron to not scam me. Since I’ve been dealing and working with both of them at Toyota. I’ve had absolutely no issues complaints and Thank you for allowing me to give an honest review and rating. Them both 10/10 along with Toyota of Orange!

Rudy, my sales agent under Hassan, made the whole process smooth and easy. He guided me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was well taken care of from start to finish. Riley, my service advisor, also went above and beyond for me. Riley did everything he could to find or make a new key fob, even though the stock was limited. He also helped replace my car battery and took care of the alarm system, making sure everything was working perfectly. Riley kept me updated the whole time and made sure I left with complete confidence in the work that was done.
