Sales Call Center Representative

Toyota of Orange of the David Wilson Automotive Group is searching for driven professionals to join our volume oriented Sales Call Center Team. Ideal candidates must possess a strong desire to achieve matched with superior customer service skills, phone skills in a highly competitive environment. Responsibilities:

The primary focus of our sales call center representative is to generate foot traffic for the dealership by setting appointments to meet with the sales team.
- Trained to answer incoming sales phone calls to assist the client ultimately setting an appointment with a sales representative.
- Meet minimum daily call requirements (100+ outbound phone calls)
- Provide customer service regarding products and services

Responsibilities:


The Service Cashier must be able to do the following on a day-to-day basis:

  • Greet all guests at the cashier desk as well as those walking through the lobby.
  • Receive cash and credit card payments from customers for repairs, parts, and other services.
  • Record receipts, delivery of change and other transactions throughout the shift.
  • Answer customer questions about vehicle problems and the status of repairs.
  • Explain service technician's recommendations, repairs and other actions to customers.
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in all actions
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy.
  • Able to have a flexible work schedule, including all holidays.
  • Able to follow strict processes and scripts

Job/Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Detail oriented, and great follow up skills with internal and external guests
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.

Service Porter/Car Wash/Lot Attendant

As a Service Porter you will be focused on maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the vehicles on the lot. As part of this role, you will be expected to coordinate with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries and the highest level of customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Wash and vacuum service vehicles and all inventory on regular rotating basis
  • Keep the service parking lot vehicles organized
  • Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors
  • Interacting and communicating with team members and management across all lines of the business
  • Full time and part time schedules available

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The qualifying candidate must have a positive attitude, and possess the drive to achieve superior customer satisfaction. They must be goal-oriented, enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
  • Must have a valid CA driver's license.
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Possess the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions
  • Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen
