Toyota of Orange is amazing from when I pulled up and got out of my car..They helped me right away and called Lily and when she came to me with her friendly smile and kindness I new I was in good hands. She helped me get exactly what I wanted which was 2024 Corolla-Literally went thru every button and all things to show me how to use them and said call her anytime if I have a question or need help.Lets just say we went from hand shake to hugs thats how humble she is and everyone from begining to end were friendly and helpful too!

I Spoke with Aron from the service department on the phone about my concerns and he was able to get me in immediately to resolve my issues. The service department also kept me updated on all the progress on the vehicle via text. What happened was I had a window shattered on my tundra on Valentine’s Day and tools stolen out from my truck. That particular window had manufactured tint in the window. I wanted the original window replaced with the same Toyota window so it would match the others, that’s why I reached out to Toyota. I am happy with my services from Toyota.

Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Toyota Corolla LE today and was very pleased with my experience here. Reached out to Miguel P. to ask about the car prices and he was able to work with me greatly! I went to different Toyota dealerships but Toyota of Orange offered me the best out-the-door prices and finance rates compare to my SchoolsFirst bank. This is my family’s second vehicle purchased here and would definitely recommend others to come here. My older brother purchased a 2023 Toyota Corolla LE last year February 2023, which I also tagged along for the experience. Miguel made my car journey run smoothly as he was took his time to explain the difference between CPO and used vehicles, rates with my bank versus rates with Toyota, review the monthly payments, car fax, etc. As this was personally my first time purchasing a CPO car, I had a lot of questions which were all answered respectfully and with patience. My car was on hold for a week as they detailed it and replaced the windshield but the team all communicated with me on the day the vehicle would be available. Once it was available, I was able to sign in less than 20 minutes. Lastly, I would also like to thank Junior for initially answering my questions about the car I bought, Cesar for checking in with me and updating me about the car, Chris for answering all of my doubts when going through the financing process, and Miguel for ultimately making the deal happen. 5/5 stars, will continue to purchase my Toyotas from here.

After two visits it was discovered that my tire was punctured on the side. I was advised to purchase a new tire. They ordered a new $250.00 tire for me to match my existing tires. New tire was installed in about an hour. I am a reasonably happy customer. They really try hard to deliver good customer service.
