Will be recommending this dealer to EVERYONE I know who is looking to buy a car. I know many people who are looking to buy in the next 3-4 months. Have passed along my experience via facebook, texting, just talking. Posted on a handful of forums and newsblogs and groups I am on about my experience, its not 100% done yet, seeing as still need to return for service for acid treatment for paint, alarm, toolbox etc for our two trucks we purchased. Luis ran all over the lots the other day when it was north of 85* and the air was very thick. Just when we thought they didn't have the trucks we wanted, he found two hidden gems, that were NOT grouped with the other row of tacomas at the corner lot. And they were NOT base models like we were going to SETTLE for :) they were in fact, the exact models we were dreaming of, in the rare colors and trim, EXACTLY how we wanted!!!!!!! They were so accommodating! We got there at 4pm? Didn't leave until 10pm? All the while keeping Luis and Mr Wright busy hammering out the details! My old man wants to get a truck from them next year, as well my old lady a Corolla. I have a number of other family members who intend to buy in this next coming year, as well my Fiancee's family. Our car crew/club, and other local friends from our car events and forums we are on. Guess what? Sending them ALL to Toyota of Orange! Truly the best experience I've had at a dealer in YEARS. Love the service, love the people, this is what a dealer SHOULD BE! Yet what so many local ones around it, FAIL to be. Will return to do closing review after we have the carpet and paint treatments done, and alarm installed, and get a toolbox from their parts department onto my truck! But I suspect if anything so far, it will be an amazing experience as well! DO NOT HESITATE to BUY FROM THEM!!! Luis is awesome! Wright is funny as xxx! Loved the experience!

"We had a great experience at Toyota of Orange"

We had a great experience at Toyota of Orange with our sales associate, Rodney. He was friendly and knowledgeable without being "pushy." Before we visited the dealership, we knew that we were interested in either a Highlander or Sequoia and were looking to test drive. Rodney explained the main differences and gave us an idea of the cars available. We drove onto the secondary lot to decide between a 2011 and 2012 Highlander. When it came time to purchase, the process was rather quick and we felt that the dealership was accommodating. Once we agreed on the final terms, moving through Finance with Alan was a breeze! It took a few tries to get the car as clean as we wanted. It was a 2011 Highlander Limited (end of the model year) so there were a few scuffs that we wanted cleaned up. After we finished with Finance, and got back to the car, there were still a few scuffs so we left to do some errands while the car was cleaned again. Once Rodney was helping us again, everything was taken care of!! Our experience was great... would definitely recommend Toyota of Orange!!
"The easiest sales transaction I ever had"

Bought my Tundra in 2011 in what has to be the easiest sales transaction I ever had. A friend recommend Toyota of Orange because he had purchased a truck there the year before and was impressed with the service he was provided. I had checked other dealers and was telling him about it when he pulled out the business card for Dante Winters, the salesman who sold him his truck. We called him and I told him what I was looking for and his response shocked me. He informed me that he actually wasn't at work at that moment but to give him a couple of minutes. Approximately five minutes later he called me back and provided me an inventory list of the Tundras they had on hand that matched what I was looking for. He then asked my buddy what kind of deal he had worked up for him the previous year and told me that he could still do same for me. With a verbal agreement I told him I would see him the next morning in his office. When I got to the dealership, Dante was waiting on, papers all drawn up, and all I had to do was review the agreements and sign. All in all took me about 45 mins from the time I walked in, dealt with finance, and waited for the truck to be finish detailing. After purchasing the truck I had some other minor issues to come that Dante and company took care of pretty quickly. If it weren't for the distance I would take my truck there for service as well. We will be looking to purchase a car for my wife in the next year or so and my first stop will be to see Dante if he is still there.

"Friendly, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable"

Currently leasing a Toyota Rav 4 XLE 2015 from Toyota of Orange and absolutely love it! My husband & I just moved to CA from NY on 12/29/14 and walked by the Toyota dealership just looking around to test drive not thinking we would be leaving that day with our car. We walked into the offices and Robert "RJ" Villa was at our service right away. He was friendly, accommodating, extremely knowledgeable of all of the cars including bells, whistles, gadgets, upgrades, etc. He helped us pick our car and negotiated with us and our budget to leave the dealership with a signed 3 year lease. The process was lengthy as it usually is however it wasn't stressful or annoying whatsoever. I actually enjoyed the process of leasing the car because of the top notch customer service at Toyota of Orange. Kevin in the finance department was also very friendly and to the point, which we truly appreciated. Overall, my husband & I highly recommend visiting this dealership and either buying or leasing - ask for RJ!

My partner bought an outstanding used 2012 Scion xB yesterday.  And he received excellent service throughout the process from our sales consultant, Luis Reyna.  Right off the bat, Luis greeted my partner by name and cheerfully showed us the car. When I noticed that the car was not an automatic as listed online, Luis acknowledged the error.  He didn't make a bunch of excuses but quickly went to work to find a suitable alternative. And did he ever!  He located another Scion model, one year newer, in better condition, with 30,000 miles LESS than the original vehicle we had researched, and extended a significant price discount! Luis made the purchasing process easy and painless. He did not use a bunch of heavy-handed pressure tactics to upsell us. When we went back to the dealership earlier today to take care of some other details, he provided the same level of service even though we interrupted his lunch. I highly recommend Luis Reyna at Toyota of Orange (and the Scion xB)!  Ask for him directly when you call or visit the dealership.
