Discover The 2020 RAV4 At Auto Dealers Near Santa Ana

There is a valid reason why the 2020 Toyota RAV4 is the number one vehicle of choice for drivers across the United States and at auto dealers near Santa Ana. When you are out and about, everywhere you turn on the street, you will see a RAV4s. These vehicles have dominated the car market and 2020 is soon to be no exception.

Without a shadow of a doubt, Toyota’s RAV4 is the best-selling non-pickup truck in the United States. Although the vehicle has people lining up near Santa Ana auto dealers to test drive and even purchase it immediately, Toyota still wants to push the boundaries and has made surprising changes for the 2020 model. So, let us see if the changes in the 2020 vehicle will keep the RAV4 a cut above the rest of its competition.

Under the hood of this beautiful beast is a direct shift 8-speed electronically-controlled automatic transmission. The 2020 RAV4 has a Dynamic Force 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder engine that generates 203 ponies which makes it great for acceleration. When this is married to the Direct Shift 8-speed automatic Transmission the power shifts smoothly and efficiently up to highway speeds.

The 2020 RAV4 has a towing capacity of 1500 pounds which can increase to 3500 pounds if you go for the off-road-focused trims.

If you like to drive with style, you will certainly not be disappointed with the Toyota RAV4. Its design stands out and attracts the driver and even passers-by. Many of the 2020 Toyota RAV4’s competitors have a very soft and urban design whereas the RAV4 has is more rugged and gets its inspiration from Toyota’s other customer favorite, the 4Runner.

The grille comes in a black finish, but if you are looking for something different, the limited edition comes in a grey color. The 2020 RAV4 will also come in a different trim called the TRD off-road, which we will review later on next year. The RAV4’s tough and rigid themes flow throughout the entire vehicle. Also, the wheel arches square off and there is more black trim on the rear bumper. The Limited trim gets chrome to the door handles and across the back of the tailgate. The total length of the vehicle comes out to 180.9 inches.

The 2020 RAV4 comes standard with full LED headlights in an attractive three crystal design. Below this, there are halogen fog lights on all models except the base LE trim. Continuing with the lighting, the tail light unit is mostly LED and representatives at auto dealers near Santa Ana say that the housing unit itself has a third design that is very similar to Lexus models.

The largest wheels you can get in the lineup are 19 inch super chrome-finished alloys that are found on the XLE Premium and Limited trims. If you go down a trim to the XLE, you get the 17-inch alloys, while the base LE has 17-inch steel wheels with hubcaps.

Of course, Toyota places safety as one of its highest priorities. The Safety Sense 2.0 includes Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, Board Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Auto High Beam Headlights, Lane Trace Assist, and Road Sign Detection.

The 2020 RAV4 comes with a smart entry system on all trims except the base LE. There is a remote start ability via the Toyota Entune app remote app, and this is free for the first six months.

The gauge setup is conveniently tucked in front of the driver. It is analog with a 4.2-inch multi-function display available in the middle. If you go for the Limited trim this whole area will be replaced with a 7-inch multifunction display instead.

There is an electric-powered assisted steering wheel that is leather-wrapped on the XLE Premium and up. The wheel has manual tilt and telescoping and if you go for the XLE trim you can go for the additional heat option.

Auto dealers near Santa Ana have said that when you pop inside the cabin of the 2020 RAV4, you might not notice any major design changes since it was redesigned in 2019. The color and material options are fairly simple. If you go for the LE or XLE trim, you can go for the cloth seats in black, nutmeg, or grey color for the XLE only.

If you’re the type to splurge, then the XLE Premium or the Limited trim provides Toyota’s SofTex faux leather seating, and it is available in those same colors. Regarding door trim, on most models, you will get good leather padding with areas of hard touch. However, if you opt for the Limited, the hard touch will be replaced with leatherette and the top part will be soft touch with stitching detail.

There is a two-person memory seating that is optional on the XLE Premium and comes standard on the Limited. All four of the vehicle’s windows are one-touch automatic. The front seats have 41 inches of legroom and 37.7 inches of headroom. Also, the seats are equipped with an eight-way power-adjustable which comes standard on the XLE and higher.

The dashboard has nice soft-touch plastic and in the middle, all the models have leatherette material with good stitching. However, there are some differences between the trim levels. For instance, the side of the middle console will be covered in a leatherette material if you opt for the Limited.

The 2020 Toyota RAV4 is a combination of macho and classy all mixed up into one vehicle. If you are shopping for a new car in 2020, make sure to test drive the new Toyota RAV4. It is a vehicle that provides everything you need. The more you take it out for a test spin, the penny will drop and you will quickly realize why so many Americans have fallen in love with the RAV4 because unwillingly, you will have too!
