Will be recommending this dealer to EVERYONE I know who is looking to
buy a car. I know many people who are looking to buy in the next 3-4
months. Have passed along my experience via facebook, texting, just
Posted on a handful of forums and newsblogs and groups I am on about my
experience, its not 100% done yet, seeing as still need to return for
service for acid treatment for paint, alarm, toolbox etc for our two
trucks we purchased.
Luis ran all over the lots the other day when it was north of 85* and
the air was very thick. Just when we thought they didn't have the trucks
we wanted, he found two hidden gems, that were NOT grouped with the
other row of tacomas at the corner lot. And they were NOT base models
like we were going to SETTLE for :) they were in fact, the exact models
we were dreaming of, in the rare colors and trim, EXACTLY how we
They were so accommodating! We got there at 4pm? Didn't leave until
10pm? All the while keeping Luis and Mr Wright busy hammering out the
details! My old man wants to get a truck from them next year, as well my
old lady a Corolla.
I have a number of other family members who intend to buy in this next
coming year, as well my Fiancee's family. Our car crew/club, and other
local friends from our car events and forums we are on. Guess what?
Sending them ALL to Toyota of Orange! Truly the best experience I've had
at a dealer in YEARS. Love the service, love the people, this is what a
dealer SHOULD BE! Yet what so many local ones around it, FAIL to be.
Will return to do closing review after we have the carpet and paint
treatments done, and alarm installed, and get a toolbox from their parts
department onto my truck!
But I suspect if anything so far, it will be an amazing experience as

We were offered a price that was very good. Robert was available for
any questions we had. He went out of his way to take care of us. The
people we've been in contact with are very friendly and courteous. We

We had a great experience at Toyota of Orange with our sales associate,
Rodney. He was friendly and knowledgeable without being "pushy." Before
we visited the dealership, we knew that we were interested in either a
Highlander or Sequoia and were looking to test drive. Rodney explained
the main differences and gave us an idea of the cars available. We drove
onto the secondary lot to decide between a 2011 and 2012 Highlander.
When it came time to purchase, the process was rather quick and we felt
that the dealership was accommodating. Once we agreed on the final
terms, moving through Finance with Alan was a breeze!
It took a few tries to get the car as clean as we wanted. It was a 2011
Highlander Limited (end of the model year) so there were a few scuffs
that we wanted cleaned up. After we finished with Finance, and got back
to the car, there were still a few scuffs so we left to do some errands
while the car was cleaned again. Once Rodney was helping us again,
everything was taken care of!!
